Customer Support Assistant

Are you someone who is interested in helping others? Do you consider yourself detail-oriented and enjoy when each day is something new? Are you tech-savvy or can you learn tech quickly? If so, you could be the perfect person to join our Customer Support team.

It’s important to note that our users are highly-pressured medical professionals with a variety of queries coming in throughout the day. Questions could range from how to add to their appraisal portfolio to needing their password reset to asking if a change can happen in the system. This role will suit someone who has patience, isn’t afraid to speak up, but also has the technical knowledge to help with simpler requests. Having good interpersonal skills is a must as questions could come in the form of a live chat, email or phone.

This role will primarily be based in our Crystal Palace office, but could require occasional travel to our other locations.
