Meet Jakub and Priyanka – The New Faces of SARD Support

At SARD, we’re constantly looking for ways to elevate your experience and provide the best support possible. As part of our ongoing commitment to you, we’re thrilled to announce some exciting enhancements to our support services. 

From our new chat and support system to a library of explainer videos (coming soon!) as well as UI improvements, these updates are part of our ongoing mission to strengthen our services and ensure you have the tools and knowledge to thrive.

We’re also excited to welcome two new individuals to our team. Their unique skills and backgrounds bring fresh perspectives to our support services.

Jakub Laskowski, Customer Support Specialist
Jakub brings a wealth of experience in compliance and administration, with expertise spanning the private and public sectors. Holding an MA in Cultural Studies (Film Theory), he’s a self-confessed lover of books, music, and cinema.

Jakub joined SARD’s support team in November 2024 and is passionate about delivering solutions for the NHS and beyond. When he’s not working, he’s a proud husband and father to two lively boys.

Jakub values the importance of genuine connections, and his supportive approach ensures you’re in excellent hands.

Priyanka Patel, Customer Support Assistant
With a BA in Classics and Mandarin, Priyanka also joined SARD in November 2024 as a Customer Support Assistant. She loves the energy of the SARD team and shares our passion for exceptional customer service.

Outside work, Priyanka’s interests include baking, weightlifting, solving puzzles, traveling, and cheering on her favourite F1 teams.

Her enthusiasm for solving challenges makes her a perfect fit for helping you navigate our system with ease.
