SARD Academy training is designed for NHS consultants, SAS doctors, service leads and executive teams. We also work with operational teams responsible for managing and supporting job planning across the Trust.

No. All of our training is system-agnostic. Whether you use SARD’s platform or another provider, our focus is on improving engagement, consistency and understanding of the job planning process itself.

System training shows users how to use the tool. Process training explains why job planning matters, how to do it well and how the information is used for planning, capacity and workforce decisions. SARD Academy focuses on process training.

Most sessions are delivered online to fit around clinical schedules and reduce cost. In-person training is available if preferred and can be arranged to coincide with internal events or workshops.
