Prize Draw 2023 Terms and Conditions

Each month till the end of 2023, we will pick one lucky new follower to win a £25 voucher.

The draw is run monthly and will open on the first day of each calendar month at 00.:01 GMT (the 'start date and time'), and end on the last day of the calendar month at 23:59 GMT (the 'end date and time'). The winner will be selected at random from all eligible new followers of the SARDJV Linkedin page who a. started following after the start date and time and b. remain a follower at the end date and time.
Eligible participants are entered automatically. This is a free draw and no purchase is required.
Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK. Employees (past and present), of SARD JV Limited, Mango Swiss Limited, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.
By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
There is one prize per calendar month of a £25 Amazon voucher to be won.
The winner will be notified by direct message within 14 days of the draw date.
The £25 Amazon vouchers will be dispatched via email to the winner within 14 days of receipt of email address. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash equivalent will be given.
The prize must be claimed by the winner within one month of the date of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, their prize will be forfeited and SARD JV Ltd will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process above.
Once you have won a prize, you are not eligible to win again in the 2023 draw.
If you are a winner, the Promoter may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs. This is not mandatory.

The winners' names will be announced on Linkedin within one month of the closing date, assuming they have claimed their prize. Winners will be asked by the Promoter if they object to their details being made available. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
