With the festive period approaching, it’s important that we communicate our upcoming availability for live user and technical support over those few weeks.
Most importantly, due to the availability of the team and the necessity to continue providing support via chat, email and telephone at the times indicated below, we WILL NOT be in a position to accept post and process received patient feedback forms between 22 December 2023 to 2 January 2024.
Any users currently collecting patient feedback would be strongly encouraged to send these in to us as soon as possible, in order to ensure that there is not a delay in having these processed.
Any feedback received prior to Wednesday 20 December 2023 will be uploaded to SARD by Friday 22 December 2023. We will endeavour to upload any feedback received on or after Wednesday 20 December 2023 by Friday 22 December 2023, however this is not guaranteed.
Any feedback not uploaded to the system by Friday 22 December 2023 will be uploaded on or soon after Tuesday 2 January 2024.
Please be aware this only applies to those that send their paper patient feedback directly to SARD for input to the system.
